2009 To Do List:

in rummaging through my 2008 journal i stumbled upon the list of things i would like to accomplish in 2009, recorded on 12/29/08. im thinking, i can get 80% of this list done before you can say happy kwanzaa this year….watch me!

i have decided that i will use this blog as a platform to share my accomplishments, or at least tiny steps towards it. You can find ’evidence’ of my success located under the category – kazzaaam 2009! 

in no particular order

• join a blues band – i’ve already been practicing my harmonica
• teach art to someone
• make my own homemade dress
• plan a trip to india – the operative word here being plan
• fall in love <3 – this may pose to be a little hard….we’ll see.
• swim in the ocean
• start a small cookbook – peanut butter and jelly sandwiches not included.
• learn to speak francais…tres bien!
• make a little craft room
• find god.

Additionally, I have written a letter with a plethora of arrows pointing to it as a confession of significant importance. observe:

dear jeani,

it’s on the dawn of 2009 and you are free to make the change. you are sitting in sear 21J next to the window with the view of the stars. so close! you know that it is right to want the things above and that you know what it takes to make you happy…you felt it! this certainly exists…don’t forget it, make it your purpose for 2009!
